Welcome to InnerSass
Hi, I’m Jenna Sass.
I’m a yoga and Pilates instructor, wellness advocate, musician, writer, and late-diagnosed autistic woman. But mostly? I’m a soul on a journey—just like you.
For years, I tried to do it all “right”, while feeling like there was a secret handbook that I wasn’t privy to. So I built a life on other people’s expectations—hustling, masking, always second guessing myself, and over-giving until I couldn’t tell where I ended and everyone else began.
Then motherhood cracked me wide open.
Especially motherhood with complexity—raising neurodivergent children while quietly unraveling my own decades of unrecognized neurodivergence.
I hit burnout hard. My body, my mind, my spirit—they were all waving red flags.
But in that breaking point, I found something unexpected: a spark.
The same spark I felt as a little girl singing at the top of her lungs, dancing barefoot in the living room, writing stories late into the night, and pouring her heart out at the piano.
The spark that life had buried under labels like “too sensitive,” “too emotional,” and “too much.”
I call that spark Inner Sass.
And I believe every woman has her own version of it—her fire, her softness, her unapologetic truth.
✨ What I Believe
InnerSass isn’t about perfect routines or trendy wellness hacks.
It’s about:
🌿 Healing your nervous system
🎶 Reclaiming your creativity
🌸 Loving your neurodivergence, not fighting it
🔥 Finding your voice and using it—boldly, bravely, and beautifully
It’s about coming home to your Self.
Through soulful wellness practices, raw storytelling, and music straight from my piano (and my heart), I’m here to remind you:
You’re not broken. You’re brilliantly wired.
You’re not behind. You’re right on time.
You don’t need fixing. You need freedom.
❤️ Who I’m Here For
This space is for:
🌟 The overwhelmed mom whispering, “Who am I anymore?”
🌟 The late-diagnosed woman finally unmasking after years of pretending
🌟 The creative soul aching to sing, paint, or write again
🌟 Anyone who’s ever felt like “too much” or “not enough”
You’re not alone anymore.
Let’s find your Innersass, together.
🎶 Why Music?
Music has always been my medicine.
Before I ever understood mindfulness or self-care, I understood how it felt to lose myself in a melody. To let my hands on the piano say the things words couldn’t. To let my feet and my body move to the rhythm, and to let my voice sing.
Now, I share my songs and piano meditations as part of the Innersass journey—because healing doesn’t always happen in silence. Sometimes it happens in sound.
